Meet the Staff
Our staff consists of a certified office manager, medical assistants and medical office specialist. They assist with scheduling, confirmation of appointments, verification of insurance, lab and radiology arrangements and patient follow-up. They also coordinate other services for patients such as home health services, physical and occupational therapy.
You can depend on them to provide you with courteous assistance and a friendly face to greet you.

Erika Reyes, Certified Office Manager
Erika has been with the practice since 2006 and takes on responsibilities such as credentialing the physicians, resolving employee and/or patient issues, and overseeing the administrative operations of the office on a daily basis. Erika is fluent in English and Spanish.ereyes@pedi-id.com
Nicole Sampson, Medical Office Specialist
Nicole has been in our practice since 2008 and provides exceptional patient care. Nicole handles appointments, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, home health services, and direct hospital admissions.nsampson@pedi-id.com
Mayra Sustaita, Certified Medical Assistant and Receptionist
Mayra has been in our practice since April 2010. Mayra assists with scheduling appointments and also handles all radiology exams and labs orders. Mayra is fluent in English and Spanish.msustaita@pedi-id.com
Nora Marquez, Office Clerk
