Thank you for choosing our practice to take care of you and your child in this time of need. The idea of taking your child to see a doctor of infectious diseases may sound a little scary but we assure you that your child will be well taken care of. After we see your child we will form a plan of care or a treatment plan to bring your child back to health. We have included our new patient forms on the right in order to make your appointment as easy and painless as possible.

Once the forms are filled out you can either email them to us or print them out and bring with you to your first appointment. Any information you provide will be kept in confidence and we will respect your privacy. We have included a practice privacy policy in case you have any concerns.

Parents often brign to fear when their child develops prolonged fever and other symptoms. A detailed history and complete physical examination will usually identify an infectious cause for the illness and relieve anxiety.
