The Clear Lake office is located in a large professional building on 250 Blossom St across from Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. The office is on the third floor in Suite 350. Turn right as you exit the elevator. This office is normally occupied by OGA physicians which is an OB/Gyn practice.
Dr. Amaya has access to this office every Friday afternoon.
